Participating in this 4 week course and engaging in the exercises fully will inspire true happiness. These exercises will help you explore what happiness means to you. Participating in this program fully will require you to step outside of your comfort zone, and push pass the monotony that keeps you complacent. We are often plagued with chronic stress, anxiety and depression that we have learned to live with daily. When living in these altered states for long periods of time, we become comfortable with stressed, anxious and depressive states of being. Practicing mindful exercises and exploring what a wellness vision is for you will help you make sustainable lifestyle changes that impact your daily happiness and joy.
